Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Leads Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Leads Connect. You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform complies with the laws that apply to you.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your password confidential and secure;
• keep one account per person unless we agree otherwise;
• tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that use false or misleading information.

Referral links are personal to you and must not be spammed, published on misleading websites or used to create fake accounts. Bonuses are credited only for genuine, qualifying activity. We may reverse bonuses that result from fraud, self-referral or abuse.

Paid plans are optional. Activation fees are one-time and are shown on the plans section before you pay. Plan benefits such as bonus percentages and withdrawal minimums are described on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Your wallet balance represents earnings from qualifying activity. Withdrawals are paid to the bank account you provide, subject to the minimum withdrawal for your plan. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we need to verify activity or comply with the law.

You agree not to:

• break any law or encourage others to do so;
• attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse engineer the platform;
• use bots or automated scripts to earn rewards;
• upload malicious code or interfere with other members;
• misrepresent Leads Connect or its rewards.

The Leads Connect name, logo, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or distributed without our permission.

The platform links to third-party services such as payment providers and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Leads Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Earnings depend on your activity and the activity of your network, and we do not guarantee any particular income.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the platform fraudulently. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
